FEES & WHAT TO EXPECT

In Network

"In-network" refers to therapists who have agreements with specific insurance companies to offer services at negotiated rates. Certain therapists are in-network with select insurance panels, enabling them to accept insurance for those panels. If your therapist is an in-network provider for your insurance plan, they will handle claim filings with your insurance company, and you would be responsible for any applicable copays or deductibles.

Out-of-Network

We prioritize delivering the utmost level of service to our clients, which is why we don't directly accept insurance for certain plans. Instead, we offer the convenience of providing a billing statement at the end of each month that you can submit for reimbursement if you have PPO, HSA, or other flexible health care benefits. This arrangement has proven beneficial for many of our clients, saving them the hassle of dealing with insurance companies while ensuring they receive top-notch care."

Action steps for Out-of -Network

We will provide you with all the required documentation to access any out-of-network benefits. When contacting your insurance company, be sure to inquire specifically about reimbursement for the following services:

  • CPT codes 90791 (initial session)
  • CPT codes 90834 (45 minute follow up)
  • CPT codes 90837 (50 minute follow up)

This will help streamline the process and ensure you receive the benefits you're entitled to.
